This is one of my most recent works, in which I have gathered unpublished and highly valuable material about one of the most modern and fascinating classics in the world of magic: The Cone and Ball.
The notes begin with an in-depth analysis of the origins of the trick, exploring the early ideas surrounding it. Then, I provide a detailed breakdown of Dai Vernon’s original routine, analyzing its different phases and offering my personal perspective.
In the second part, I share my own professional routine, adding new ideas, variations, and reinterpretations that bring a fresh and contemporary take on the classic.
Finally, I present a thorough and detailed explanation of Daniel Celma’s original routine: "THE CUP AND THE BALL." For those who may not know him, Celma was one of the greatest masters of Argentine magic, and his routine has been called a "true work of art" by none other than Juan Tamariz.
Thanks to extensive research, alongside direct students of Celma like Germán Dabat and Paulo Maderal, I was able to reconstruct the original routine of the master and explain it in great detail, aiming to convey not just the technique, but also the spirit of Daniel and his teachings.
I hope you enjoy this small yet monumental work.
